At 41st street next to the Convention Center, we have one of Ocean City’s best kept secrets. The center has so many activities, including chair exercises, domino's, ceramics, bingo, cards, Wii, shuffleboard, sing-along, and many others. Learn how to enhance your artistic side by enrolling in the painting class or step out of the box and join the All Time, Good Time Theater Group. Lunch is only $2.50 for our 55+ age group. Ocean City Police Department
The Ocean City Police Department provides many services, including making our town a safe place for both residents and visitors. And they do many other things to make Ocean City the wonderful town that we all love. For example, the department offers a bicycle, moped and scooter registration program for all residents of Ocean City. All bicycle, moped and scooter riders are encouraged to register their vehicles as a deterrent to crime and to promote safety. Our Ocean City Chapter 1917 partners with the Ocean Pines AARP chapter on travel and other activities. If our chapter meetings are not convenient for you, 4507 President Larry Walton (443-831-1791) would like to welcome you to their meetings. They meet on the first Monday of the month at 10 a.m. in the Ocean Pines Community Center.

Atlantic General Hospital (AGH) and Ocean City Government
Each year our chapter works with AGH and the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City to present the AARP Health Fair at the Convention Center. The Fair provides free health information and free health screenings to the public. Blood Bank of Delmarva
Blood Bank of Delmarva, a member of America's Blood Centers, provides blood and blood products to 16 hospitals on the Delmarva Peninsula. More than 350 blood donors are needed every day in this area. Diakonia - Help for Today and Hope for Tomorrow
Diakonia operates two buildings in West Ocean City, Maryland where it provides emergency and transitional housing, emergency food services and counseling and assistance for its 35 to 45 guests.
